Awarded to the photographer who wins the portfolio competition in the student division.

BEST OF SHOW
Best of Show will be judged in private from entries awarded first place in the individual categories. The first place individual multimedia entry (category 13) WILL BE INCLUDED in the Best of Show candidates.

NEWSPAPER OF THE YEAR
Given to the newspaper with the most points compiled in the individual categories.

INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES
Awarded to first, second, third and honorable mention in each of the 14 categories.
